S04 特色燒烤菇 ($68) / Grilled Portobello Mushroom Topped with Scrambled Eggs (2pcs) (HKD 68)
Scrambled egg was topped on mushroom. It was mixed with black truffles which created a strong and distinctive odor (just like the burger I introduced yesterday). Portobello mushroom was grilled perfectly and filled with the sauce. It created a smooth and chewy texture together with the scrambled egg. Yumyum!
總共有兩件，當日因缺貨關係，兩件都使用黑松露炒蛋，沒有機會嘗試洋葱煙肉薯蓉。來到實在有驚喜，除了在蛋上足料的黑松露外，烤菇非常大隻，而且吸滿了醬汁，用刀將中間割開，就會看到汁液流出來，十分震撼！烤菇沒有因過度烹煮而變得過硬，配上在上層香滑的黑松露雞蛋，有一種既滑又些許煙韌的口感，無得挑剔！
以上三款食物非常好，最初看到其在區內偏貴的價錢，還擔心會否失望而回，最後食到的質素卻是遠超預期，這餐廳提供的食品絕對值回票價，何況屋苑背後有寂靜的沙灘和悠閒的海濱長廊，到海邊走一走，更能享受在香港少見的寧靜舒適，實在值得回頭再去！
