S04 特色燒烤菇 ($68) / Grilled Portobello Mushroom Topped with Scrambled Eggs (2pcs) (HKD 68)
Scrambled egg was topped on mushroom. It was mixed with black truffles which created a strong and distinctive odor (just like the burger I introduced yesterday). Portobello mushroom was grilled perfectly and filled with the sauce. It created a smooth and chewy texture together with the scrambled egg. Yumyum!
總共有兩件,當日因缺貨關係,兩件都使用黑松露炒蛋,沒有機會嘗試洋葱煙肉薯蓉。來到實在有驚喜,除了在蛋上足料的黑松露外,烤菇非常大隻,而且吸滿了醬汁,用刀將中間割開,就會看到汁液流出來,十分震撼!烤菇沒有因過度烹煮而變得過硬,配上在上層香滑的黑松露雞蛋,有一種既滑又些許煙韌的口感,無得挑剔!
以上三款食物非常好,最初看到其在區內偏貴的價錢,還擔心會否失望而回,最後食到的質素卻是遠超預期,這餐廳提供的食品絕對值回票價,何況屋苑背後有寂靜的沙灘和悠閒的海濱長廊,到海邊走一走,更能享受在香港少見的寧靜舒適,實在值得回頭再去!
